I've seen these at several restaurants in Austin. They come in red, white and blue. Where do they come from? Ace Mart or Sysco?

Any restaurant that gets these candle holders suggests to me that they aren't very creative. At a cheap restaurant, that's fine, but at a place that's obviously spent a lot of money on hiring an interior designer these candle holders look terribly out of place.
