    Han Ah Reum

$2/Lb Live Crabs I would be in my glory. Almost impossible to find in Palm Beach, FL and the price is 3X.
  2. Mary Molt's "Food for 50" .. latest addition. Would be lost without it!

    Worst Beer Ever Tasted

Without a doubt "Old German" was $4.99/case bottles twenty years ago when I was among the struggling studentry. (That isn't a word.) Tasted better on a 90' day after spending several hours being rolled around in the trunk of your car. We refered to them as "Red Hot's."
  4. NJ Diners are the best! My family owned and oerated one in Point Pleasant Beach for nearly thirty years. We served standard Boardwalk food our highest priced item was Taylor Ham & Cheese for $4.75 in 1991 dollars. Made my family a fortune and sent three kids to college. When my folks retired they had more money than the family as a whole could ever spend in a lifetime.
  5. McCatfish, McChitlins, McCrawdads, McOysters, McIpswich.. stop the insanity!
  6. Mariio is the best, I know some don;t like him but I learn more each time I watch any of his shows.
  7. I'm surprised the Luna Bell Diner in Woodbridge is still there. I left NJ in '86-'87 and they were talking about closing it down. One thing about the Luna Bell was the portions were huge! I don't believe I was every able to finish a meal. There used to be quite a few great diners in the area especially in Perth Amboy. The traditional all stainless inside and out; two were the Amboy Diner on Smith St. and The Triangle on New Brunswick Ave. Both served great food and were cheap.
