Our chef of the herbs
Veyrat, said he was closing "La Maison de Marc Veyrat", better known as "L'Auberge de l'Eridan" located on lac Annecy, and is a three time star rated in the Michelin.
"I am stopping work in Annecy because physically, I have to, following a serious ski accident three years ago," Veyrat said. he said it is put on "standby" and maybe it will be transformed when it reopens.
He for several months, has been working on setting up an ecological farmstead in Manigod, his native village in the French Alps.

Robert is dead, Louise retired, daughter Pascal and husband and nephew now run the place. Make sure you tell your guests that there is a Turkish toilet, should some one be squeemish.

It's been sevral years sice my stay in Avignon but my favorites were Christian Étienne, Hiély-Luculus, Le Bain-Marie, Le Vielle Fontaine. For oysters, Le Port des Barques.

We were staying at a B&B In Cazels. Our hostess recommended a restaurant In Saviac named La Casserole. We liked it very much. i wonder if Carlux has dined there?

Well I am not a fan of his new place in Arles. He's jumped on the foam bandwagon
and sittting outside where you sit on the street is very distracting. A crying baby at the café that sits next to it. Neighbors go in and out of their apartments.
I'd like feed back on the new chef at La Chassagnette. My French magazines have praised him.

He certainly was a charmer! He came to every table on the terrace to greet everyone with his big smile, as frail as he was.

The l'Atelier may be too pricey and not appreciated by children. Rabanel has jumped on the foam band wagon.
And if it's warm, sitting at the Place de Forum at one of the cafés for lunch will be enjoyable for the children.

That was one of my favorite markets also. Very few have as much pottery so that you can do all your shopping at this one market.

In Arles, the locals love L'Affenage.
A good restaurant in Isle -Sur-La-Sorgue is Le Jardin du Quai.
