I have told him his photos go out unedited so people can see his feet. I also told him people make jokes (good natured) - he's aware - it is Consensual! 😂 -
Couple of lunches from a little trip to the seaside. Fish and Chips from a British fish and chip shop (haddock) for me. And the boys ate piles of Calamari

I don't know what he has done to need to butter me up yet... but guys! We have a covert dining hall picture!! Roast Pork and I assume Vegies etc. I can't remember who said it but they were right, looks so much better on a real plate.- 315 replies

I must be sheltered because I have never heard that word in any context other than sandwich (not sure if that is a positive or a negative). Apologies, it is banned from my lexicon. And I'm going to have to let a couple of cafes and bakeries know 😬. Moving on, tonight is the return of the 'gentlemans club'. And sh!tty nibblies, partly provided by me and the canteen. I packed him a gentlemans club cheer up box.- 315 replies

The "illegal" comment was in reference to the fact they are no longer meant to eat in their accomodation as previously noted. And he will 100% put the pasta and potato in his sandwich. And on to Semantics. I have never heard of the word in question being used to mean anything other than Sandwich. It is innocent Australian vernacular as far as I am concerned. But this morning I have been educated that it has other meanings in the US / Spanish so I will no longer use it on this forum. "Sando" is a Japanese colloquialism I believe that the US has jumped on for instagram - or a vest in the Phillipines 🤷♀️. -

Tonight we are going for illegal sandwiches, with mixed cured meats, lettuce, cheese, and mayo. I want to say the potato and pasta salad will be a side but, I haven't lied to you guys yet 😬. -

Tonight we stick it to the man with a cold dinner, and some single use plastics, in his living and their serving box(es). Tonight he is making himself wraps with; lettuce, cheese, beet and cucumber, mayo, sweet chilli and tartare (wtf) sauces and ham, pork, chicken and salami. I want to say all those fillings won't be for one wrap, but knowing my weirdo, I would be lying. I feel guilty as I forgot to buy him a Bento these days off (thought we could get round it that way). He hasn't toetaly forgotten the assignment.- 315 replies

It was a chicken leg! And wedges. I am afraid our series is in trouble. They have enforced eating in the mess if you want a hot meal - no more takeaway boxes to your room. Its going to take a lot for me to convince him to take a public food picture ☹☹ -

Hello Boys and Girls. Husbandio has been off with a chest infection hence the silence. He has come back to a "weird" dinner set up. Its now " self serve " and they have run out of polystyrene boxes - this is the current solution. I have not asked him what it is yet. Thought might be fun to guess 😬😂. I think maybe pork chop? And Veg? -
@Kim Shook i did actually. With a lot of eye rolling at the ridiculousness - but it actually really worked! Not going to do it everytime but made the sausage a lot softer? And she is right about the weird pink colour being solved.

Yes im thinking you must no longer be able to purchase maybe? I will check at the shops. -
Okay so it might just look like a bowl of squashed potatoes... and you would be right... but if you love carbs, comfort and tang, you need to find your way to Nigellas Salt and Vinegar potatoes. These were steamed then air fried - I prefer steam then oven tbh. 🤷♀️ Dinner is Dinner (and after the torture of a school disco, kids lucky he had seconds to his sausage on bread 😂).

Chicken Curry, Mash, Mixed Greens & Veg, after a very long day. Ironically they had a "safety reset" this AM which means they go over best practices, probably due to a industry death down south. However this put them very behind and they are short staffed so lunch wasn't until 3pm (they start at 430am) and then they worked late. So i'm sure that although it looks like poop. Its probably (hopefully) a big warm hug. In turtle killing plastic. -

Yesterday those little piggies actually had roast beef. With skin on pumpkin 🤢. And today we have a massive pair of balls 🤷♀️. Beef we think.- 315 replies

So I was granted a picture from the "Finer Things" gentlemans club. A charcuterie board made entirely from camp food. I actually think its okay! A lil bit kids party but hey, at least they have a sense of humor and are social 🙂🧀. Crackers, kabana I think, roast beef, pepperoni, 3x cheerios (cold red hot dogs sort of, also known as little boys 😬🤷♀️), mixed fruit and nuts? Tasty Cheese, maybe Brie? And Rum.- 315 replies

This little Piggy had Meatloaf, with roast carrot, skin on mash and peas. He really liked the carrot and the meatloaf was good with its gravy dousing. Hes not too keen on skin on mash but at least it proves its real potato imo.- 315 replies

And we are back for the next swing. Kicking off with roast pork, pasta and fresh veg. The veges got a vote of good and the pork a vote of a bit dry.... he is not very forthcoming with his reviews 😓😂. They are not completely anti social, my hub and 2 others have a "Gentlemans Club" on a saturday night, where they eat nibblies from the dining hall out of polystyrene on one of their porches and try weird booze (so long as no blasting next day)... this week they were scouring op shops (charity stores?) For "Gentlemans Attire" I will try for pictures. But don't hold your breath. They also eat lunch together and smoko everyday, so... I can see why evening solace is a thing.
