You can send away for an "Award Card" from the promotion link on their website. Don't know what that will give you though! Looks like an interesting menu. Pete, let us know when it opens.

Joseph's 13 Herman Street Glen Ridge 973-748-6100 BYOB Haven't been there in about 5 years. Liked it but I guess not enough to run back!

I think they are in Upper Montclair and Westfield.

Lou, $7 a glass and with 4 or 5 pours means that they are making $28 to $35 for a bottle that I can buy for less than $7.

When a menu reads USDA steak I always wonder if it is prime or choice. Noticed on their wine list that they have: Bin #280 Shiraz, Boonaroo Glass - $7.00 Bottle - $24.00 South-Eastern Australia and I saw that wine for sale last week for under $7 a bottle.

We were delighted to find that Origin, 25 Division St., Somerville (BYO) has expanded. They have taken over the store next door creating a spacious room. Be forewarned that the original room is still crowded and both rooms are noisy. But if you dine here early—we arrived at 6 PM on Saturday night –you can have a leisurely dinner without the hustle bustle that you usually find here. We started with a special of soft shell crabs with mango; grilled squid with mixed baby greens, mango, tomatoes, and shallots; and pad see ew which were sautéed flat rice noodles with Origin seasoning(?), eggs, Asian broccoli and shrimp. Entrees were a boneless half duck with Asian eggplant, kiwi and tamarind sauce; cod topped with an artichoke ravioli surrounded by steamed Asian vegetables and a spicy broth; five spice roasted chicken with shiitake mushrooms, asparagus and sticky rice pancake; and roasted chicken with saffron, green olives and cilantro. For dessert we shared a refreshing sweet sticky rice cake with fresh mango and a pineapple crepe. Phone: 908-685-1344.
