First recipe from the book and OMG I am so sold. I bought the Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker and followed the recipe exactly and this soup was simple and to die for..... A hint for the leftover carrot paste in the sieve - try adding it to a risotto - super caramelized carrot risotto as a side benefit!
