  5. Okay, just finished reading everything. I could swear we've had this discussion before, but want to add here, that sometimes we write as quickly as we think, and if 'they're' comes out as 'their' (something I don't think I'm guilty of, but can't think of a better example right now) it might also be speed which is at fault. Plus not caring enough to edit/proofread. If I see something I've written poorly, I may edit it depending on my mood. Sometimes I just don't care enough. Me? I question a lot of my doubles and spelling. Not always enough to lift a finger.

  18. It's a damn shame they're illegal in the US. Maybe for you, my friend. One other way that I like to eat bureks is to skin them when they're young, then slowly smoke them over pecan wood, never getting over 225 degrees F. It takes awhile, particularly because you don't gut them first, but when they're done -- OH MY GAWD!!!! Take foie gras times 7 billion. It's that good. Plus, as we all know, burek is the only proven aphrodesiac for both men and women. Not this woman, buddy.
  19. Splain please. A burek is a small furry creature similar to rabbit native to that area of Europe. They're hard to catch as they can reach speeds of 70 mph. Isn't that a little fast? Faster than a Jaguar? Or are you kidding me?

    I suppose straining it wouldn't be such a bad thing. Then you could tap it out onto the counter and eat it from there. Or add the wee bits to potatoes. Mmmm.
