  1. This online resource is in french but it is available also an english translation (I don't know if it's good or not). I think that it could be useful because there are a lot of illustrated and filmed recipes.
  2. I usally make pie crust by hand. The most important rule for me is: use the butter that comes directly from the fridge.
  3. Yesterday I received my copy of BWJ so I hope I will try a recipe as soon as possible (it's very hot here). I'm new in these forums (and my english is also not very good) but your marvelous photos have conviced me to buy the book
