  1. Specificlly a brownie bottomed cheesecake. How would I go about baking one? Par bake the brownie batter and then pour the cheesecake bater? Or just pour the brownie batter and then cheesecake and bake together? Any other tips? Monica
  2. Right now I am eating a bowl of Lucky Charms! Sugared cereal is such a comfort food for me. I am pretty sure I could eat a whole box in one day, which is why I don't keep it on hand too much. I usually have Grape Nuts, Kashi Go Lean Crunch or All bran Honey Clusters (14 g of fiber goodness!) mixed with some yogurt and berries. A fast a filling breakfast.

  5. Oh my goodness, those are beautiful! I have been lurking on this post (as well as eGullet) for the last week or so, and I think the croissant photos have pushed me into buying the book, and joining in!
