1kg yellow tail snapper was all gone, broccoli, eggplants, some ciabatta rubbed with garlic to eat with anchovies, some bruschetta

I would really like to be in Bonvivant shoes right now, wouldn’t mind a pastel with my coffee as well. But today’s salad hit the spot. I love bitter flavours

Thank you @Margaret Pilgrim! I will show lovely words to them, as a reminder for when they complain about food!

Noodles for kids, Chinese cucumber chicken salad with a good dose of sesame oil, stir-fried Napa cabbage

It’s a treccia (trecce plural), braided mozzarella. Braided mozzarella are very typical in my part of Italy. This mozzarella is made locally here in Florida, I was going to say: I bet the makers are from Puglia and in fact, here I found it. It’s one of the best mozzarella I ate in the US, their burrata is also very good! Saying it someone from Puglia.

Lately I am not having breakfast but this morning I was hungry, so I had frittata with some tartufo langhe oil, shaved parmigiano, jamon, rucola and roasted cherry tomatoes
-
Tagliatelle with ragù, some crudités for the kids, coppa serrana, chorizo and tacos (tacos=ends of Jamon cut in cubes) for husband. Salmon and salad for me.

I made again Chinese roast but used some as filling for baos. Again Andrea Nguyen recipe. More center cut ribeye and picanha, roasted cherry tomatoes and grilled Belgian endive and zucchini
-
Today it was a Costco day, so we got some prime center cut ribeyes but I already defrosted some jumbo key west pink shrimps, so we had both. We have a store here, called Wild Fork Foods, just frozen. Paradise for proteins, we get shrimps there.

Pizza for the kids: no cheese for the boy, cheese for the girl. Picanha for us, with salad and some krauts (comparing Trader Joe’s and Cleveland Krauts). How much we miss the kimchi from our Korean veg shop in Brooklyn 😩

Yes, I am renting! As you can see I didn’t spend my morning cleaning my backsplash mirror. The only advantage I can see it’s that I have an ocean view as I cook 🤣🤣🤣 obviously when it’s not covered in grease that I cannot see anything 😁😒

Yes! I deeply hate it! I call this a “kitchen for those how don’t cook” 🤬 I was actually going to ask help for keeping it clean. I use detergent soap first and then windex but It’s impossible to keep it clean. I also cracked it!!! I was just warming up my cast iron grill. I thought the mirror would be heat resistant.
