Duck bones can be had at your local asian market in the manner of duck feet. I wouldn't brown them in oil as keller suggests, instead browning in an oven, and deglazing that.

Second Empire is good, but it's really not in the same league as the others, it is however in the same price range..

I think the Fresh Market has greatly reduced their wines, I don't really know why. Maybe they changed buyers.
