I just received a 5 pound bag of nice pecans and was wondering if there are any savory (not desert) recipes out there. I am looking for things like soups, chutneys, pickles, sauces, etc.

Toast pecans in butter (the butter will brown, also) and serve over cooked broccoli or brussels sprouts.
