Whilst Christmas shopping this evening I decided to get my father a bottle of Cognac and after a little while of choosing I plumped for the Delamain XO Pale and Dry. Will he be happy with my choice do you think?

Delamain P and D is one of my favorite cognacs!

It has a very clean and dry flavor profile--not heavy and oaky like some cognacs.

It is definitely a "lighter" styled cognac but also nicely complex.
