Can anyone help me with this...

I ususally get Daryl's number off the Knifex website to come and sharpen my knives.

All the numbers are out of order, so not looking good.

His name and number is not on the website anymore so maybe he is still doing it, but with his own company....I'm hoping?

Do any chefs out there have Daryl's number and could you please pm it to me if you do?

His area was the North Shore and Whistler.

If not, anyone know of any alternative companies that come to you, to sharpen your knives?

Thanks!

I just saw the Knifex van in Vancouver yesterday but I guess it was the Vancouver franchise. It reminded me that I need to call and get my knives done. So, yes there still is a Knifex but maybe not on the North Shore?

Cheers,

Our Knifex guy in Victoria recently changed the business name to KnifePro. What I understand is that there are two companies now. He may be able to help steer you to the right person on the mainland if you can spring for the l.d. call.
