Do you feel a sense of pride when an employee goes on to be a success after leaving El Bulli? I'm thinking in particular about Tony Flinn at Anthony's in the UK.

Not only am I proud of Toni because of his success, but anyone who's been at elBulli and has success is a motive of joy and pride for all of us. Anthony and Olga are both exceptional people.
