"Ciroc is proud to support the James Beard Foundation and tomorrow's shining gastronomic stars through the Grape Chefs of America scholarship," said Efren Puente, Ciroc senior brand manager. "Ciroc is an original product made from fine grapes by artisans in the Gaillac region of France. We thought it would be fun to see what some of this country's top culinary minds could develop when given the charge to create with grapes. The results have been astounding and delicious! What better way to celebrate tomorrow's culinary stars than with today's top chefs doing what they do best."

Chefs from Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles are listed with those from San Francisco and Miami yet to be announced.
