This is a St. Louis classic. It's called a Slinger. The ingredients are exceptional: two eggs, hash browns, and a slice of ham all covered in chili con carne and copiously topped with cheese and onions.  The eggs can be any style. I like them sunny side up. I got the list of ingredients from Wikipedia.

My son graduated from Wash U in St. Louis, so I've visited there often.  And have had my share of St. Louis Slingers.

 

Pretty fine eating.

 

But it does remind me a lot of a favorite dish around our house - chili & eggs.  Great combination, however you fix it.

I don't understand why rappers have to hunch over while they stomp around the stage hollering.  It hurts my back to watch them. On the other hand, I've been thinking that perhaps I should start a rap group here at the Old Folks' Home.  Most of us already walk like that.

Have you ever been to Courtesy Diner? It's right up the street from Washington University and it's pretty close to my alma mater, Webster University. Courtesy Diner also makes a great Slinger.
