I think Ruhlman plays an excellent straight man to Bourdain's...well I don't even think there is one word to describe Bourdain. :unsure:

I wish I'd known about this.  My daughter only has one more week in NY and would have loved to go.  Does Bourdain have his speaking schedule posted anywhere online?

I am TOO through, I completely forgot about it...but tomorrow night at Borders Columbus Circle there will be a talk/signing with several chefs and the edtior of My Last Supper! I posted about it in that thread in the food lit forum...
