The famed author of the fascinating Bond Girl bachlorette pad kitchen bible: "On Food and Cooking" will be giving a three day course from July 14th to 16th at FCI. In the lectures series "Using Scientific Method in the Kitchen" McGee will focus on the behavioral properties and processes of ingredients as they cook, and getting chefs to think like scientists.
