TN: Tamaral Ribera Del Duro 2004

The cork real and embossed top and bottom with grapevines...the sides the Bodegas Y Vinedos Tamaral...the label is raised printing art deco vine black and blue with the Anthropomorphisms entertaining

The color is dark ruby with a purple haze

The bouquet is coy muted distinct black licorice with a hint of vanilla

The mouth-feel is soft low acids and smooth tannins

The taste is like a big bite of black licorice wrapped up in wild raspberries with a blueberry surprise

Hand picked fruit gives you a supple wine the soil of schistose topped with chalk great for heat retention as the vineyards are about 2,500 feet above sea level with hot days and cool nights

The tears you can have fun with the ALC BY VOL 13.5%

Tinta del País a clone of Tempranillo is what this wine is made from.

Again great QPR @ $10.95 a very good table quaffable wine...my score 86/87 points
