    Thanks, I ended up adding it without cooking it. I think it would have been rather overpowering if I had cooked it. 90 grams of uncooked bacon is about 2 slices, 6 cooked only came to 80 grams. Thanks again, Brian

    Hi For the Spaghetti Carbonara, do you cook the bacon before adding to the cream, or no? Thanks Brian
