    I want to make caramelized carrot soup (M.C. at Home p.178). Is the needed carrot juice: 1. something that you buy in the grocery, 2. from another recipe in the book that I cannot find, or 3. should I just throw carrots in my Vita-Mix to make the juice? Thanks
