MAPP gas ceased production in 2008, so I was a little surprised to see it still recommended here on the MC site.

The alternatives from Bernz-O-Matic ("MaxPower") and Worthington ("MAP//Pro") appear to be close to all propylene.
Any experience on with these non-propane alternatives in as far as leaving residual odors on the food?
