Anonymous Modernist 1040

Not 100% sure if this belongs in the "modernist" or "traditional" section but it seems like a newer technique. In the gear guide the team recomends the Toddy T2N Cold Brew System does this work as well as the tall glass and wood type cold brew coffee towers. Thanks
