Vacuum Tumbler

I recently purchased a Table Top Vacuum Tumbler, Any suggestions on spice blend levels to add, Wet marinade amounts and or sodium levels. I have heard 10% of total volume is a good start with 1% of that being Sodium. Any suggestions as MC does not cover this topic specifically. Thanks in Advance,
