  1. Sorry. I am not very good at titles.
  2. This morning at eleven on WHYY, 90.9FM and on the Web at whyy.org, the esteemed founder of EGullet will be interviewed for an hour on his new book and restaurants.
  3. ← We live about fifteen miles from Princeton and we are there often and we go to Conte's several times a year, usually on a Friday or Saturday night, when it is as busy as place can be, but it is big and the turnover is fairly rapid. The pizza is as good as ever. It is one of the best pizzas in NJ and in addition they a liquor license and I like beer with pizza. They offer a few other choices, pasta, etc but I have seldom seen anyone eat anything but pizza. It is worth a return trip.
  4. Living in Lower Bucks we are infested with 7-11s but have few WAWAs, at least in the Morrisville/Yardley area. I love the coffee at WAWA and drive most days to the super busy Yardley WAWA for my coffee needs. I have not found better coffee than WAWa and although I despise lines I am willing to wait for their coffee. This store is a goldmine, as are most other WAWAs I have visited.
  5. We live in lower Bucks County, near enough that we even attended a band concert in the little park in town. It was the Blawenber Band performing very well. Do you accept credit cards? Thanks.
  6. My son mentioned your wonderful diary as I drove him to Newark Airport for a long weekend in Rome, and when I returned home, I read the entire four pages. It as a great report in every detail. You have a lovely family. We are considering visiting Nort Carolina very soon. Keep up the good work.
  7. 14 April 2005 2205 Thursday If you want to expand your coverage the Buck County Courier Times, which covers Lower Bucks County, publishes a review most Wendesdays by Carl LaVo or Barbara Ryalls. On occasion they even bravely venture into the City of Philadephia to review one of its restaurant. www.phillyburbs.com is the website. Thanks. Aaron
  8. I have lived in Bucks County for nearly thirty-seven years, and I think I have been to nearl every Chinese restaurant in Lower Bucks. Chinatown Cafe has a short menu, a blessing for these parts and the food is very good. We were there in the first week of opening and it was nearly empty on a Friday night. Now the small storefront is full and the wait can be long. The place is on Route 213, about a mile and a half south of Langhorne, just before Neshaminy Creek bridge and across from Playwick Park. Just look for the CVS sign. We have been there three times and hope be able to dine there again some day. Cary is a very friendly young man, early forties, I would guess, and one of the few owners that I have struck up a conversation with and we dine out frequently.
  9. Katie: I have been reading EGullet for a very long time and your new position has finally made me write something: Congratulations and best of luck in your new position. Living in suburbia our visit to Phila are few, except for DDC dinners, but we will dine there soon. You are famous. Aaron
