  1. If the $1 - $1.50 per serving price of beans is too much, Sweet Maria's sells green beans. A little practice and you'll be churning out top quality fresh coffee.

That's a pretty cool line of teas. I agree with the brewing instructions also. The 1st steep needs up to 1.5 min in some cases for the leaves to fully open. A very short second steep allows the subtleties of Oolong's to be fully displayed.
  3. I make fruit iced tea often by muddling the fruit to release the flavors, like when making a Mojito. My favorite so far this summer is California peaches with Darjeeling tea.
  4. Tea. I've been self roasting coffee from Sweet Maria's lately and a hot cup is splendid in the morning. I usually drink 1/2 my cup to prevent the out of body experience that ensues if I drink the entire mug. Overall, tea's side effects are more pleasant (must be my Chinese genetics..) and there are more subtleties and interesting flavor profiles.
  5. drinking Gyokuro from ITFA, and a Jing Xuan Oolong that recently arrived from Taiwan.
