  1. I really don't think this should even be an issue. Other than the familiar chain restaurants, my wife and I always go to the internet first to find a menu to know what a restaurant serves. If we don't like it, we don't go. Simple and easy.
  2. I LOVE Chinese food, and we've got a fantastic buffet here in Mooresville, Indiana called Dong's (yeah, I know that seems funny). I have found that not only do you go at the beginning of a service time (lunch, dinner), but go at the busiest times and days (Friday nights and Sundays at Dong's) to get the freshest prepared items.
