My hubby and I will be celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary this summer.. Since it is a milestone anniversary, I wanted to make it special... any suggestions? We are not particular on cuisine.. we love food.. looking more for a place with impeccable service, romatic atmosphere.... you know.. a place we will get pampered MOnica

We are having a large crowd this time, so I am making, Naanazzas -- Naan Pizza's. I learnt how to make them this time when I was home.. you can make it with a Pizza base too. Mine are topped with Butter chicken pieces and Khatta Paneer pieces. On the side we will have Chaat Masala Popcorn, lots of beer and a bunch of crazy Indians

Indiachef... thanks for your sweet response. I was in Delhi a few months ago and the vendor served me ganga jamuna saraswai.. mix of sweet lime, orange and pineapple... it was a hoot!

I have done a few cooking shows, Food Network, some local Canadian shows and now am getting ready for one in DC. They are SO MUCH fun.. you never know who you will run into in the dressing room!!!!

The AWESOME CHef Thomas. In 2002, Thomas was named one of "America's Best New Chefs" by Food & Wine magazine. I have had his cooking...he makes the food taste amazing. His meats melt in your mouth. the desserts are divine. I am not a food critic .. but I think you get the picture
