Happy Thanksgiving all! It's been a while since I've trolled this thread (which is not to say I don't sous vides often!) I have REALLY enjoyed reading the first 30 pages of posts...you guys are amazing! I have been cooking sous-vide for a year now...all wildly experimental. While I generally don't consider myself to be a complete idiot; I have been totally unable to make "hide nor hair" out of Nathan's tables...they simply aren't readable in my browser. I've tried both IE and Safari browsers. What am I doing wrong? Is if possible for someone to PM me a copy? I'd sure appreciate it!
