  2. the chef at this place seems more confused than scooby doo!!! Cannon of lamb, cauliflower and beetroot panacotta, confit potato i would say making a warm panacotta with the same texture would be very difficult, wont the cream melt when heated above 37 degrees , this gut is trying too hard and prob not going 2 get anywhere 2 aa rosettes maybe
  3. well this one aint so hard!!! this is a 2006/6 menu bisque of cornish hen crab with japenese rice pan fried lobster medallion with a white port and ginger flavoured vegetable julienne warm golden plum souffle
  4. well i have 2 say its marco from harveys or when he took over the mirebelle!!! maybe his new place marco too !!!
  5. i said le manior as 2 of his pupils mpw and micheal caines have had it on the menu so i was just covering all bases !!!!! and mr howard worked for mpw !!!!
  6. well ive heard that tom aikens is looking 2 open up toms kitchens all over london , this could be one of the reasons behind ramseys new bistro type place, down scale restaurant right near the flag ship, ring any bells!!! have heard aikens is only going 2 open in london, 1 more should open this year!!
  7. a favourite of mine is set the oven on full blast and place a spoon in it 4 around 30 minutes, carefully put it in ur commies pocket and see him try and get it out, end up with spoon shaped blisters on leg soooo funny!!!!
  8. i ate at lescargot last year and i was solid 1 star , the head chef warren some1 has left now, he had worked at nico and sous at pied a terre , well executed 1 star food, dont know wot its like now has a guy called simon jones at the helm, has it gone down hill so much?
  9. have a friend who works there, dont know what the food is like now but he sais when it opened it had all of marcos classics on the meuu e.g koffmans trotter and pigeon en vessie etc etc but i dont know whats it like now. marco is not behind the stove , my friend says hes there quite alot though!!!!
  10. maybe not for this year but i feel that marco pierre whites new place marco will get a star!!!! 3 star food of the 90s has got to be worth 1 star in the year 2008/9!!!

  14. they said torode was out and they went on about roux in the interview and i asked them if it was him and he smiled and said maybe, he might be fucking round but i hink it will be him or blanc as those are the 2 chefs the went on about in the interview
  15. free range and organic farming is never going 2 feed the world is it. farmed chickens are horrible and do taste of water but poor people cant afford organic so these intensive farmed chickens and meat will always be the stable food for the world sad 2 sayö.
