Another simple combination is cooking potatoes, cauliflower, and peas, called aloo gobi. 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1 tsp curry powder, a couple of green chillies. Heat the oil and pop the whole spices and add in curry powder and chilles, next I add 2 poatoes, 1 cup peas, 1 tomato chopped and 1 small chopped head of cauliflower and salt to taste. Stir well and cover, cook on low heat till done. Garnish with cilantro
