  1. I usually eat a mixture of quick oats, chocolate or vanilla protein powder and a sliced banana. Not very fancy but it fills me up. Creaky
  2. We were mainly a cold cereal family when growing up. Sometimes oatmeal or cream of wheat. I lived in the South (USA) for 8 years but never grew to like grits. Now I eat quick oats with either chocolate or vanilla protein power added to it with a banana. Christy
  3. Spagetti with a ketchup as a sauce with chunks of cheddar cheese as a topping. Christy
  4. My nieces love bananas and spaghetti sauce. And they eat mashed potatoes and tuna fish - that's not too bad. My niece makes a very good sauce to put over the country style pork strips. It looks like baby barf but it really tastes good. It's a combination of diced canned tomatoes and blue cheese salad dressing or ranch salad dressing. Mix the two together and pour over the pork strips and bake as normal. I've put it over a 7 bone roast and over other types of pork steaks and it is delicous. When I lived in the South (USA) about 15 years ago, I was at a potluck and I tried a combination that everyone said was delicious and it was. A slice of spice cake and chili. Christy
