Had we been Chinese, would he have had the honor of eating the head, or would no-one have eaten it, or what? ← Usually, at least with my family, who ever likes the chicken head or butt gets to eat it. More often than not this is one of the more elderly members such as grammas or grampa. Most kids probably wouldn't go for the head or butt.
