  1. You'll be happy to know that we will be serving it the proper way at my place once we open. We wont be doing at tableside however because I really dont trust anyone to make other than myself :) I was also aware that anchovies arent really part of the first version of this salad but hell..they add so much to the final product.
  2. I'd humbly suggest that Giovanni's in Elmwood Park would be a good place to try. I've been there MANY times and I can say that their food (even during evening rush) is great. BYO and call for reservations.
  3. If you go to Adam's in Wallington at the right time, you will get the BEST Polish sausage you have ever tasted...but it has to be the right time. March through May is best. They are located on the corner of Union and Maple Avenues in Wallington..across from the Police Station. The Police are asses in Wallington (I should know I lived there) so DO NOT park in the wrong spots. Ask for the the sausage sandwich...they use pork, veal and mustard seed. It is great.

    TAOS

    Hello everyone! My fiance and I recently went to Taos. We got the Raw Bar for 2 appetizer. It was pretty good. Stone crab claws, crab meat, oysters, shrimp, and clams for 20 bucks..not too shabby. I had lobster and clams in a ginger/soy sauce. Good stuff..I was worried that the sauce would overpower the seafood but it did not. This was served with rice and pickled eggplant. My fiance had the Chicken Savoy. She seemed to enjoy it very much. All in all, I enjoyed myself.
