I've just this minute joined egullet and happened upon this thread. I'm at about 30, including The Brantley Cookbook (from Brantley, AL), in which a good 50% of the recipes call for Veg-All. Does Jim Harrison's essay "Going Places" count, a piece of writing that's really about driving but feels like it's about eating. A stew of maps, etc.
