Looks terrific, weinoo! Inspiring me to get out there before the crowds envelope us up here. Yes! I go to SoPo Seafood often so I don't have to go over the bridge to Harbor Fish (which is a little cheaper). Those guys have done a great job. I used to buy fresh tuna from them when they were selling it out of their van a couple years ago.

Hainanese Chicken Rice. First had it at Hainan Jones at Urban Hawker on 50-51st Street in NYC last year. Now we make it about once a month.

Wokked up more hanger steak, and some broccoli-like leafy things (blanched first) that my Asian market friend recommended. Delicious.

Leftover lamb stew - $4.99/lb!! I had to break down a semi-boneless leg to get that price but no big deal - and a small rack of head-on shrimp from Ecuador. Raia pinot from Oregon pairing

I ordered Tom kha with scallops and they gave me TWO !! So I had half left, bought a cooked lobster @ $10 and in it went. Scallops are $25/lb so I understand, and their coconut lemongrass broth is exquisite
