  1. Yes, you can definitely taste the salt.
  2. I, too, was thinking as a sauce for ice cream, etc. Could I somehow incorporate it into a cake filling or frosting? In a brownie recipe, etc?
  3. Yes but the consistency seems less creamy, a little more gelatin-like. I haven't tried warming it yet.
  4. I have a jar of Fauchon Fleur de Sel Milk Jam. Any suggestions on how I could use it in a cake or dessert?
