  5. Here is one I found 2 oz Gin 1 oz Simple Syrup 3/4 oz fresh Lime Juice 3 - 4 oz Soda Water 2 Mint sprigs 2 pieces Limes Muddle one sprig of mint with the lime pieces, lime juice, and simple syrup in the bottom of a bar glass. Add gin and shake well. Pour into a goblet over crushed ice and stir until the outer-glass frosts. Top with soda water, garnish with remaining sprig of mint, and serve. I want to be able to make the syrup with the lime and mint and store it, any ideas?
  6. I want to learn how to make a "south side" which I grew up drinking in baltimore. The drink had a syrup made of mint sugar and lime juice which was light green. You added rum, burbon or gin to it and soda. Anyone ever hear of it? How about how do you make mint syrup out of fresh mint?
