hmmm.....
would take a lot of work, but if you could do most yourself, how about something like this?
(oh, can't upload an image, I'll see if I can find a web host)

unless you want a double sink that is.................

Just thinking outloud here...... If you are going with an undermounted sink, couldn't you use a wide, but not deep sink that you can find locally and turn it 90 degrees before mounting it? Since it is undermounted, the faucet cut outs in the sink portion shouldn't matter, just the counter cut outs.....

Very impressive!!!
I've been meaning to try some medieval cooking for some time now. You may have given me that inspirational push I needed

La Mexicana is good....
Another place, not so authentic but still delicious is mission burrito on west alabama near shepard. they only serve breakfast on weekends but it is quite tasty. Try the oj. I can only recommend the corn tortillas (they double them for durability)

This one from Bar-B-Chef looks well made, seemed good when I played with it in the store.

See if you can find a brand called 30 30.
I would recommend 3030 reposado. It has a great flavor and doesn't cost too much.

I put the corned beef in boiling water for about 3 hours. Take it out and let cool. Then slice, paint a glaze (I do a pineapple-ginger glaze) and bake for about 40 minutes (with basting).
I tried a mixture of the 2. I boiled the corned beef for around 2.5 hours, took it out and put the beef in a small oval corningware dish. Next, I sprinkled about 1/4 cup of brown sugar on top of the beef and put about 1/2 an inch of fresh oj diluted w/water in the bottom. baked for about an hour and then spooned the liquid over top the sugar and beef.
served w/ mashed potatos. I thought it tasted pretty good.
Thanks for the ideas....

Thanks all, it looks like pete's is $1 per knife so it should end up being cheaper than CM.
I'll try them this weekend.
