  1. I am a big fan of the Korean style cup noodles. Bul Jjajang is my go-to. Thick dark sauce coats the noodles and has a great taste, with some mild spiciness. You won't be disappointed.
  2. To me, green beans are great with salt, garlic and chili oil. Get them nice and scorched like folks say with salt and garlic. Finish with chili oil. Get some chili flakes and whatever other seasonings you want, get the oil nice and hot, then pour it over the seasonings in a heat safe bowl. All the flavors will come out in the oil. Drizzle that all over your green beans. Low calorie is overrated :).
  3. How are you with calories? If you don't care try good quality bread with a lot of mayo, toast the bread on a skillet with mayo on it (both sides), add genoa salami, provolone cheese, some pepper, veg perhaps and enjoy.
  4. I find Dijon mustard in works well for a lot of things and it is really low calorie. Perhaps something like dijon, vinegar, seasoning to taste and perhaps cottage cheese (nonfat). Use a blender to mix it all together. This would keep it low in calories, creamy and strong in taste. Feel free to sweeten it some with a little stevia or something if you like. I haven't tried this yet, but after writing I just might lol.
  5. I have made pizza in a cast iron skillet before, pre-heating was done on in the oven. I guess that if you pre-heated on stovetop, there may be some heat inconsistency. Give it a try and let us know how it goes though! Slather it full of cheese and pepperoni and any issues are automatically remediated
