Lemonade

My favorite is lavender lemonade. Soak a couple of tablespoons of lavender flowers in hot water for 15 minutes. Use this water for part of your total water in your favorite lemonade recipe.

So refreshing!

Does everyone just use a whole number of lemons? I just juiced a bunch of leftover lemons: I have no idea how many. But I got 13 ounces of juice. So, any idea how much sugar?

When I make lemonade at the restaurant it's 1 part juice to 1 part simple syrup then half of this concentrate and half club soda. But the real answer is until it tastes good to you.

Blue Bottle Coffee had yuzu juice in their lemonade when I was there in June, and it was probably my favorite variation on lemonade, including straight. It ended up really intensely flavorful.
