After posting some Book and the Cook info on the Pa forum, I was thinking back on one of the guest authors who really seemed to get it as guest in other restaurant kitchens. When my wife and I were in town for Jazz Fest in the'90', we would do Windsdor Court and later Graham’s which I think was in the Warehouse District. Any word on what Graham has been doing lately?

Well here is a nice bio of Kevin Graham and after some stops including upstate New YOrk and Vegas here is what I believe he is doing now (he was about 6 months ago anyway, my parents love his food and kind of follow him from place to place-When the Windsor Court was under his direction it was, in fact, one of the best places to fine dine in the US-it is now, I am afraid, just a very nice hotel)
