I am not talking about using Google (which is banned in central China). I am talking about finding recipes using China only platforms such as Weibo, Tencent QQ, Baidu Tieba, etc. Platforms where the recipe has hopefully been shared by now OR where someone could ask.
It is well known that Google Translate is not accurate when translating Chinese. I've experienced the results myself when I know it's not right and have had native Chinese friends translate recipes for me. Even taking laborious screen shots of cooking videos with embedded Chinese subtitles and using Google Translate, they are obviously not translating accurately.
If you really want to help with a recipe you find, you can PM me the recipes — IF you're able to find any.
If you are unable to—I understand—and it's ok. This is not the first time I have endeavored in this quest. I will wait until someone else is truly able to help.
