Obviously, trying to reach Tommy Banks would probably be a waste of your time, but, someone junior... perhaps they'd respond.

It's not like you're trying to glean proprietary information. You're just trying to get clarification on something that's been released to the public. I'd guess that, if you reached out to maybe 15 people, 1 might get back to you.
But, like I said, hopefully someone has answer.
