After reading articles about how Certo and grape juice can seriously help with arthritis pain, I went looking at the grocers.  I assumed what I needed was powdered pectin but Certo itself seems to be a liquid.  The dry products came under a different name.  Does anyone know if they're the same?  And would achieve the same result?

For convenience sake, I'd prefer using the powder but not if I wouldn't get the same relief.
