I am developing a liqueur and it may or may not be a cream liqueur but I am leaning that way. I am looking for a "Liqueur Chemist", consultant, or university professor that could help with putting a suggested recipe together with ingredients such as preservatives, sweeteners, emulsifiers, etc? I am also looking for a company or university that could do Mass Spectrometer testing on Liqueurs that may also have some history in conducting this type of testing? Any help in finding this kind of a person would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
