Prairie Dog

  • ml Bourbon Whiskey
  • ml Maple Syrup
  • ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Angostura Bitters
  • 6 Mint Leaves

Gently muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of the shaker, and then fill the shaker with the other ingredients, plus ice. Shake it all up, and then double strain into a whisky glass, which is filled with crushed ice. Stir up. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
