I’ve just been given 110g of wildebeest pâté. (I believe I can acquire more if it turns out to be tasty). But I’ve never tasted it, so I’m at a loss. Would anyone have any interesting serving ideas besides putting down some crackers and hoping for the best?

smear it round a beef filet before wrapping the whole thing in puff pastry and baking for a superlative beef wellington
