Hi,

I'm trying to find a silpat in the uk, and i'm having no luck at all. Anyone know of any places?

Perhaps the manufacturer's UK office might be able to suggest a source local to you?

There are plenty of other brands of silicone baking sheet, but if you are after the glass fibre reinforcement, you probably want Silpat ...
